What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM CST. For support outside of these hours, feel free to contact us at customerservice@alignrightnow.com, and someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer white-label solutions?
We specialize in building white-label SaaS products that our clients can brand and offer to their own customers. You maintain ownership of the customer relationship, branding, and go-to-market strategy—while we focus on building the core technology. Our tools are designed with flexibility in mind, making it easy for you to customize the look, feel, and even feature set before passing it along as your own branded solution. It’s a seamless way to expand your offerings and scale your business, without taking on the burden of development.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, we are transparent about our pricing. All costs will be outlined in your agreement, so there are no surprises.
How do you ensure the security of my SaaS product?
We follow industry best practices for security, including data encryption, secure coding standards, and regular vulnerability testing.
Will my platform be scalable as my user base grows?
Yes, scalability is a core part of our development process. We build solutions that can grow alongside your business.
Can you integrate third-party tools and APIs into my SaaS platform?
Absolutely. We can integrate a variety of third-party tools to enhance your platform, including payment gateways, CRM systems, analytics tools, and more.
Will my SaaS platform be mobile-friendly?
Yes, we design all SaaS platforms to be responsive and optimized for use across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
What if I want to make changes to the project during development?

Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?
Not at all! We’ll handle the technical details while explaining things clearly and guiding you through the process.
What does the development process look like?
Our process begins with understanding your goals and translating them into a detailed project plan. From there, we move into design, development, testing, and deployment. We keep you involved at every step to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
What if I have an idea for a SaaS product but I’m not sure how to define or build it?

What happens if I miss a monthly payment? Will development continue?
This question applies only to clients enrolled in our DevPlus Tier Program. For those not enrolled, development provisions will be outlined in our development agreement. If a monthly payment is missed under the DevPlus program, development may be paused until the account is brought up to date. We encourage you to contact our billing team promptly to discuss payment options or make arrangements to avoid any interruptions in your project timeline.
How do I get started?
Complete our Client Service Alignment form on the web page www.alignrightnow.com/get-started, and a member of our team will reach out to you. We will schedule a project scoping meeting to discuss options, pricing, the project timeline, and the items required to begin development.
I don't have a website domain. No I need one to get started?
No, you won’t have to worry about separate hosting or domain fees—these are included in the service package outlined in our development agreement. We’ll purchase and host your website and domain at no additional cost. However, if the domain you choose exceeds $50 and no alternative is considered, the client will be responsible for purchasing that domain separately.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. When enrolled into a DevPlus Serivces Tier Plan, client may downgrade their account at anytime. If you choose to opt-out of the DevPlus program, DevPlus Services will be discontinued. You will continue to receive services outline under the monthly services in the Project Description section and will be required to pay the monthly service fee
Can I cancel my account at anytime?
Yes. Should there be a desire to terminate the agreement before the completion of the project, the Client will notify the Web Designer 3 days in advance and pay for services already completed or provided.
